Summertime always means backyard gatherings. Some mistakes people make when hosting BBQ’s in the yard is not taking into account the where the sun hits in their yard during different parts of the day. You really need to take into understand where the sun will be when your party is taking place, how much shade will you have for those that don’t worship the sun and how it will effect your food tables. Another mistake is where food tables are placed. Most of the time people will place the food tables close to the kitchen door and where do people tend to gather? Consider using the whole yard and placing food table away the kitchen, in fact put them towards the back of the yard and use coolers to hold food items and keep them under the tables that have draped in fabric which will hide the coolers.
Place tables about the yard for guests to gather! Use the landscaping to your advantage. Such as with the boulders, purchase some outdoor chair cushions and place on the rocks. Place votives about the yard to create ambience.
